Our team is available on an hourly basis, at a rate of $50 USD per hour

If you prefer, we are also able to bill you based on a flat-rate estimate, according to the scope of your specific project.

We also offer several monthly packages, designed for clients who prefer ongoing help with their websites. Furthermore, these monthly packages allow you to purchase additional service time, as needed, at a discounted rate. Clients may switch from one package to another, or cancel service altogether, at any time, for any reason.

Please note: we reserve the right to limit participation in these programs based on our ability to serve you.

This package is designed for clients who are running a single system, and need help with the occasional "tweaks" and "edits".

Package features:

• up to 2 hours of service time included per 30 days (one hour free)
• 5% discount on additional service time
• no minimum; cancel any time

Here are some sample services that can typically be completed within 2 hours of service time:

• update your CMS (e.g. WordPress) as new versions are released (best practice for good security)
• install a new plugin or widget
• add a new field to a custom form
• "tweak" the way an existing feature behaves
• "tweak" the design; change font, adjust spacing, edit colors, etc
• host a 2-hour long training or Q&A webmeeting with you and your staff
• priority service - our staff will assist your project before new clients
• unlimitted email support

This package is designed for clients who would like to roll out a series of new features over a series of several months. Also good for a "tweaker" in charge of multiple websites.

Package features:

• up to 12 hours of service time included per 30 days (two hours free)
• 10% discount on additional service time

• 20% discount on additional service time
• no minimum; cancel any time
